Made in England by one of the oldest ink manufacturers in the world, the shimmer effect is from tiny synthetic particles that are mixed with the water based ink. Harmless to your pen, but beautiful to write with.
We recommend you shake the bottle before filling your pen to evenly distribute the particles. After use, we also recommend you wash your pen by filling it and emptying it a few times with mild warm water.
All the Special Shimmer ink comes in the standard size Conway Stewart 80ml bottle that fits our standard desk tray.
